We, from the CONSERVAS ODERICH SA (“ODERICH”), registered with the CNPJ/MF under number: 97.191.902/0005 -18, through this Policy, we sign our commitment to the privacy, security and protection of your Personal Data, seeking to maintain a transparent relationship with You, the holder of Personal Data, following the provisions of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD) and any other legislation dealing with confidentiality and protection of Personal Data, as well as other related laws.
The scope of this Policy is to inform the holders of Personal Data about how ODERICH uses, treats, shares and protects their Personal Data. This Policy is effective on the date of its official publication on the website https://www.oderich.com.br/.
2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES?
This Policy refers to the processing of two types of personal data: (a) those provided by the Owner (You); and (b) those collected automatically.
